A reliable JLG lift for the meat-processing plant

OAO Businovsky MPP has become a new Customer of Vertex - a meat-processing plant that specializes in the production of quick-frozen semi-finished food products. To maintain equipment and communication lines in the cold shop of the plant, a lifting equipment with a wide platform and battery power supply was required. Specialists from our Company offered a model of a self-propelled scissor lift JLG 4069 LE, designed by JLG Company, the national Russian distributor of which is Vertex.

The JLG 4069 LE is the best option with AGM-batteries, capable of working in sub-zero temperatures. This model of lifting equipment with small dimensions (LxWxH 3,07х1,75х2,04 m), working height of 14.19 m and a loading capacity of 360 kg has proved itself to be well at work indoors: the engine with electric drive of Dual Electric Traction brand ensures absence of unwanted sounds together with the dual working cycle, and foam-filled tires do not leave traces on the floor surface.

In addition, an oscillating axis and a high ground clearance (0.2 m) can be mentioned as another advantage of the JLG 4069 LE, thanks to which the lift can easily travel on the ground and rough surfaces. All these features of the lift have determined the choice of the Customer.

Since the equipment was available from Vertex stock, the delivery was prompt. On the 17^th of May, we delivered the lift to the territory of OAO Businovsky MPP by our own tow truck and instructed the Customer's personnel on the operation and maintenance of the lift.
