Frequently Asked Questions
What does on-site diagnostics include?
According to VERTEX company regulations, on-site diagnostics includes 2 hours of diagnostics (mechanic work) and possible repair. A visual inspection of the equipment is performed, checking the operability of components and assemblies, and verifying the operation of safety devices. A Diagnostic Report is created, based on which subsequent repair will be performed if necessary.
How much does on-site diagnostics cost?
The cost of on-site diagnostics depends on the specific situation and is calculated individually. To get the exact price, please contact our manager.
Is on-site diagnostics needed if I already know the cause of the breakdown?
Most likely, yes. This equipment is structurally very complex and requires specific qualifications for maintenance and defect identification. Any suspicion of failure of a particular component or assembly may not be the actual problem but a consequence of another hidden malfunction.
Do your specialists travel to remote regions of the Russian Federation and beyond its borders?
