Strict requirements are applied to modern lifting technology. The possibility of maximum productive operation in different weather conditions has become an important competitive advantage. And this is no accident: lifting equipment often works on construction sites in completely different climatic zones of Russia, mainly with a continental and sharply continental climate. That is, lifts must withstand both frost at minus 50 ° C, and 40-degree heat, and 20-degree daily temperature changes.
The last February delivery of the VERTEX is just for this topic - the famous brand JLG lift, namely the model JLG 600 AJ (this is a self-propelled articulated lift) went to work in the conditions of severe northern winters.
The main advantage of this model over "classmates" is the presence of a narrow undercarriage (overall width - 2490 mm, platform size - 910x2440 mm). It increases the mobility and maneuverability of the model in conditions of limited spaces. The engine Deutz D2011L04 36.4 KW (49 Hp) and four-wheel drive allow you to use the JLG 600 AJ on any, including complex construction projects, and provide increased maneuverability. The working height of the JLG 600 AJ is 20.7 m, compact dimensions are another advantage (length - 8.82 m, width - 2.49 m, carrying capacity - 230 kg). A special remote control on a working platform greatly facilitates control. The boom rotates 360 °, respectively, the lift can be operated in hard-to-reach work areas.
The delivery was successful, the lift was handed over to the customer at our base with instruction for operation, and then transported by VERTEX to the site. JLG 600 AJ will be serviced at our base, which is located near the construction site. As to whether the JLG 600 AJ can cope with its tasks in the conditions of a cold winter, we have no doubt. Everything will be fine!
