AUMA CHINA 2024 – TRIP TO CHINA, RESULTS, DECISIONS

From November 26 to 29, the international construction machinery exhibition, BAUMA CHINA 2024, took place in Shanghai.

Visiting the exhibition was an event of great importance for VERTEX.

Over the course of four days, our team visited all exhibitor stands, studied the products on display, held a series of meetings with potential partners—suppliers of equipment and spare parts—and conducted successful negotiations with renowned manufacturers such as DINGLI, ZOOMLION, XCMG, SANY, and SINOBOOM.

Based on the first results of negotiations, a large investment was signed with the SINOBOOM company for $30 million.

Additionally, a solid foundation was laid for future strategic partnerships in the fields of spider lifts, telehandlers, and mini cranes with new suppliers.

In conclusion, the visit to China turned out to be very productive and successful. Following the delegation’s return, VERTEX made several key decisions aimed at further developing and strengthening its leading position in the Russian market.
