Crane winch for Palazzani spider-lifts

Italian manufacturer of lifting equipment - Palazzani Industrie S.P.A. - since the 1980s holds leading positions in the market of spider lifts. Such success gives rise to the continuous improvement of the model range as well as the technological process and, perhaps, the main thing - innovative solutions.

Thus, the safety, control and on-board diagnostic systems have been updated over the last years, as well as some models – the TSJ 23.1, the TSJ 30.1, the XTJ 48.1. In addition, new models have appeared in the model range: the TZ 330 – an articulated lift with a working height of 32 m and a loading capacity of 250 kg, the XTJ 43 – a substitution for the XTJ 42 – a lift with a working height of 43 m and a maximum loading capacity of 330 kg; and the XTJ 52 lift with a working height of 52 m, presented in 2013, still remains the highest "spider" in the world with a loading capacity of 400 kg.

The possibility of installing a crane winch has become the latest most interesting innovation of Palazzani Industrie S.P.A., allowing using the «spider-lift» as a compact mini-crane with a maximum hook lifting height of up to 49 m. The crane winch is installed in place of the working basket, and the process of mounting/dismantling the winch takes no more than 10 minutes. The maximum loading capacity is 500 kg throughout the entire working area. Moreover, the operator does not have to perform special settings for crane operation - the system sets up fully automatically.

The following crane winches are available for order:

• a hydraulic winch with max. loading capacity of 500 kg - for all models of the TSJ and the XTJ series;
• an electric winch with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 and 250 kg - for the TZX 225 lift, the TZ 330 lift and all models of the TSJ and the XTJ series.

The length of the lift rope is given with account of the maximum boom outreach.
