Delivery of four units of Palazzani for the reconstruction of a large industrial enterprise

We will tell you by the example of one of the deliveries that took place in May, for a new client - a large construction and installation company located in the extreme north-east of the European part of the Russian Federation.

The equipment is chosen considering its usage purpose, its working conditions and customer requirements. The customer company required four units of lifting equipment for the reconstruction of the paper mill production complex. In the future, it was planned to use them at the other industrial construction sites.

Special metal self-propelled platforms mounted on the guidings of beam cranes at a height of 25 m above ground level were specially designed and manufactured for these lifts. The equipment will work on these very platforms that is the reason why an important point when choosing a particular model was its low weight. The proposed Palazzani spider lifts meet the requirements of optimal combination of working height and weight.

The following equipment was supplied to the customer’s facility: spider lifts Palazzani TSJ 27 Bi-energy with a working height of 27 m and a weight of 4580 kg, Palazzani TSJ 27 Bi-energy with a hydraulic winch with a lifting capacity of 500 kg and two units of Palazzani TZX 250 Bi-energy with a working height of 25 m and weight 2600 kg. The Bi-energy execution that the lift is produced in means having two engines - diesel and electric. This implies versatility in use: such lifts can work in open areas and indoors.

Due to the inability to conduct a face-to-face equipment operation training of the client, it was carried out with the help of training video materials.

As a result, we can say that this delivery was successful! The customer received the equipment, and we have a positive experience.
