From College to work: "VERTEX" attracts young professionals

Like any developing company, "VERTEX" works on the personnel potential of the enterprise, and has a positive attitude to attracting graduates of technical specialties to the staff.

Since November 2019, students studying in the specialty "Maintenance of lifting and transport, construction, road machinery and equipment" in the Moscow automobile and road College named after A. A. Nikolaev, pass practice in our company.

Future specialists will be able to apply their knowledge and skills "in the fields" - in the service Department of the company "Quickly and Efficiently". Under the guidance of our experienced staff, students will be trained in the diagnosis, maintenance, repair of self-propelled lifts.

The internship is a unique opportunity for both parties. It is difficult for graduates of educational institutions without experience to find interesting and promising work immediately after the end of the course, and practice in a large industry company will help both to navigate the labor market and boldly declare a candidate for the main staff. For "VERTEX" as a company with long-term aims, it is important to create conditions for attracting young promising employees, their training and disclosure of potential, which will then serve for the benefit of the organization itself.
