Haulotte Compact 10 DX for the mining industry

Self-propelled lifts are multifunctional and universal equipment. It is used in various industries: construction, maintenance of industrial plants and warehouses, chemical and space industries, oil production and refining, as well as the mining industry.

New client of VERTEX is a company involved in the modernization of the Mining and Processing Plant. To ensure the safety of mining, to prevent rick inrush and sloughing of disjoint rocks during the excavation, constant work is being carried out to strengthen the vaults of the mine. It was just for this type of work that self-propelled lifting equipment was required.

3 units of diesel all-terrain scissor lifts Haulotte Compact 10 DX went to the client at once.

The Haulotte Compact 10 DX is a reliable, easy-to-maintain diesel powered scissor lift. The working height of the machine is 10.28m with a maximum lifting capacity of 565kg.

Thanks to the 4x4 all-wheel drive and the increased ground clearance of 28 cm, the lift has an excellent maneuverability on unprepared surfaces. Off-road wheels with clear tread, filled with polyurethane foam, provide reliable protection against various mechanical damages, and the outer turning radius of 3.5 m allows solving the assigned tasks even when the equipment is underground, in the confined space of the mine. Automatic outriggers with manual adjustment, that the machine is equipped with, help to position the lift on uneven surfaces. The working platform with a pull-out module of 1.2 m long has folding guardrails and places for attaching the safety belts. It is designed for the operation of 4 people on the platform at a time.

Before shipment to the client, the lifts were additionally modernized: they were equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system, generators for supplying electricity to the platform, so that it was possible to connect power tools, additional lighting.
