Haulotte Compact 14 for an online hypermarket

Shopping on the Internet is becoming more commonplace: the share of Russians ordering goods online has already exceeded 40%. Like any other household duties, online shopping is increasingly being done on the go, from smartphones and IPad; even inexpensive everyday goods are being ordered online. Therefore, companies offering goods with delivery today are actively developing their assortment and expanding their warehouses. Usually, lifting equipment is required to service large warehouses. Usage of a self-propelled lift can significantly reduce the time required for any production operations.

A new client of VERTEX is working in the field of online sales of food and consumer goods. To carry out ongoing repairs at the warehouse, to service communications, ventilation and fire extinguishing systems, as well as to carry out checkups and stock control, the company required a self-propelled lifting equipment.

The customer chose a scissor lift Haulotte Compact 14 - this is a high-performance compact lift with a working height of 13.85 m and a load capacity of 350 kg, powered by a 24 V DC engine. Its width is 1.2 m and its length is 2.49 m. The operation of the self-propelled scissor lift is simplified due to the presence of a retractable additional section of the platform, the length of which is 0.92 m. This makes it possible to expand the work area without moving the machine itself, the length of the platform with the extended section is 3.23 m. The movement of the lift is possible with the working platform fully raised, which is an undoubted advantage for carrying out work in the warehouse.

The lift is equipped with folding guardrails, safety supports and integrated openings for loading and unloading with a forklift.
