Haulotte HA 12 IP for the new engine plant in St. Petersburg

A plant for the production of engines for cars was built in St. Petersburg with the total area of almost 40 thousand square meters. The company has installed the reliable, modern fire safety system, installed filters to remove the harmful substances released during the production, installed the high-tech equipment. And there was a need for the self-propelled lift to service all of these objects.

The main conditions of the purchase:

• the equipment must be in stock;
• the supplier company must have its own service in the region.

To solve his problems, the customer was offered by a functional model of the articulated boom lift manufactured by Haulotte - HA 12 IP from Vertex stock.

HA 12 IP equipment is universal and high-performance, it can be used both inside the workshops of the plant and in its open areas. The working height of the lift is 12 m with the lifting capacity of 230 kg. Thanks to the deep cycle battery, the equipment works without recharging within the entire work shift. The compact overall dimensions of 5,4 x 1,35 m, the small outer turning radius of 2,4 m allow to maneuver easily on the lift in narrow spaces, and with the horizontal boom reach of 6,5 m and the bend height of 5,3 m over the obstacle, you can perform the works in the hard-to-reach places. The movement can be carried out on the fully raised lift. 12 IP control is simple and intuitive. The equipment is equipped with the sensors and safety signals.

The lift will be serviced by Vertex Service Department which branch is located directly in St. Petersburg. Haulotte HA 12 IP handover took place at the customer's site. The customer's personnel were instructed regarding the operation on the lift.
