Haulotte HA 41 RTJ PRO will serve the sea transshipment port.

The construction of the largest Russian fertilizer hub is underway near St. Petersburg, which should eliminate the shortage of the specialized capacities in the ports of the North-West of Russia, allowing the manufacturers to reorient the cargo from the Baltic countries and to ensure the transshipment of the new volumes.

The important condition for the purchase was the availability of the equipment in the supplier's stock and the competent, efficient service department. As a result, the articulated ultraboom from French manufacturer Haulotte-HA 41 RTJ PRO was shipped to the facility. The working height of the machine is 41,5 m with the lifting capacity of 230 kg.

The lift has the unique off-road performance: the high ground clearance of 38 cm, four-wheel drive, four swivel wheels, oscillating axle, differential lock, large anti-break tires, which is very important for this construction site, which is located in the open space, near the water.

HA 41 RTJ PRO is famous for its positioning accuracy when working at the high altitudes in hard-to-reach places.

The full-revolving turret for 360 degrees, the large horizontal outreach 20,1 m, the bending height over the obstacle 17,5 m, all of these allows to serve the several working points from one working position,after moving the cage only.

The equipment has the intuitive control system and the smooth movements.

The manufacturer has thought through everything to the smallest detail - on HA 41 RTJ PRO working platform (in the standard configuration already) there is a 110 V / 220 V electrical socket for connection of the working tool. The upper control unit and the tool tray are protected by the ultra-hard plastic casing.

The safety system of Haulotte HA 41 RTJ PRO is reliable and modern, and this is perhaps the most important thing at such a working height of the equipment.

The machine is equipped with the self-diagnosis device built into the ground control box.

The lift has a Haulotte Activ'Shield Bar 2 function which prevents the operator from being crushed in the cage and can stop the lift. There is the emergency lowering system. When the maximum load capacity and the maximum tilt angle are exceeded, the special light and the sound sensors are triggered.

The equipment was equipped with the arctic package for the work in the harsh climatic conditions, which includes the engine and fuel heater, the hydraulic oil heater.

The lift will be serviced by the Service Department of VERTEX company which has the extensive experience in working with the equipment of the French manufacturer.
