HR 12 NDE for LLC Concern PVO "Almaz-Antey"

In January, VERTEX company has supplied a self-propelled articulated boom Niftylift hoist HR 12 NDE for the construction of a new plant of Concern PVO "Almaz-Antey" in Nizhny Novgorod.

The agreement was concluded on the basis of the tender commission decision: VERTEX company has offered the lowest price for the hoist and fast delivery.

The new plant will manufacture components for air and space defense and radar stations.

At present, the main production buildings are under construction. Before the year’s end the NMP plans to complete the thermal circuit for production facilities and to prepare foundation for the equipment. 90% of metal structures for the new production are manufactured directly in the NMP workshops.

The NMP will continue production of nuclear reactors for submarines and the Navy, reactors for nuclear power plants. The company created by the NMP has no analogues in terms of the volume and magnitude of tasks assigned. In fact, "a factory in a factory" is to be built - the new shops will be located an area of over 60 hectares, about a thousand units of the latest equipment is to be purchased from the leading manufacturers. The new company has the potential to become a leader in the production of air defense, missile defense and radar systems in the world market. However, the new plant’s main task will certainly be the work in the interests of national security in the best traditions of the Nizhny Novgorod Military Industrial Complex.
