INSLIFT ES250 for mining and processing plant

VERTEX has successfully delivered the INSLIFT ES250 Bi-energy spider lift to Mikheevsky Mining and Processing Plant (Mikheevsky GOK).

As the most popular model in the INSLIFT’s spider lifts range, the ES250 is consistently held in stock at Vertex, enabling rapid delivery and transaction completion for our customers.

The customer’s key requirements – compact design, mobility, and low weight. The INSLIFT ES250 fully meets these criteria, weighing only 3380 kg while providing an impressive working height of 24.5 m while ensuring maximum safety.

Opting for the Bi-energy power system (diesel + 220V) ensures maximum versatility and efficiency: the diesel engine enables operation in open areas untethered from the power grid, while the 220V electric drive is perfect for indoor use, providing quiet operation and zero emissions.

Key features of this power system include:

A variable displacement pump that adjusts hydraulic system output based on the power demand of the task. An electronic control unit that regulates engine performance according to hydraulic oil temperature, protecting the hydraulic system components from failure. An idle mode function activates five minutes of inactivity: the engine shuts off automatically and restarts when the hydraulic joystick is manipulated, saving resources.

Currently, INSLIFT is a priority brand in VERTEX’s spider lift product line due to its proven reliability, advanced technology and adaptability to the most demanding tasks. This delivery underscores VERTEX's commitment to providing customers with only the best equipment that meets highest standards of performance, efficiency, and safety.
