Italian equipment for the company with German roots: PALAZZANI TSJ 23.1 / C BI-ENERGY for "WILO RUS" plant supplied by VERTEX

Summer season 2016 is very lucky for VERTEX in terms of deliveries of lifting equipment for large companies with a worldwide reputation. New customer is a factory for the production of pumping equipment "WILO RUS" which has recently started its work in Russia. The plant is a subsidiary of the German industrial group WILO SE - a global manufacturer of pumping equipment for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning.

The production capacity of the plant, a logistics center and office building are located on the territory of 5.5 hectares near Noginsk, in the village of New Podvyaznovo. Maintenance of factory building of "WILO RUS" company required high-altitude equipment. There was the need for a high-altitude works both indoors (fire alarm and air ducts maintenance, lighting maintenance and replacement of lighting lamps at the plant) and outside (window washing, maintenance of the external facade of the building). "WILO RUS" specialists pointed out the importantance of low weight and compact dimensions of the lift, working height of no less than 22 m, as well as the ability to operate the lifting equipment inside the premises powered by 220V emission-free and outside the building powered by diesel engine.

VERTEX company offered "WILO RUS" a self-propelled crawler telescopic boom lift PALAZZANI TSJ 23.1 / C BI-ENERGY, suitable for indoor and outdoor use and featuring compact dimensions and light weight. Thus, the customer would not have to buy two units of special equipment - for each type of work. PALAZZANI TSJ 23.1 / C BI-ENERGY with a telescopic boom and a jib - one of the smallest platfoms from the famous Italian manufacturer Palazzani Industrie S.p.A. Its weight is only 3100 kg, width - 1-1.3 m (varies due to hydraulic extension of the chassis), length - 5.8 m, which is very important for indoor use where space is limited. At the same time the working height is 22.3 m, and transport height -. 1.98 m Operating temperature of this model ranges from -20C to + 40C. Bi-Energy system allows you to work on two power sources: the diesel engine and a 220V electric motor of 2.2 kW, which was necessary for the customer.

Selection of the model meeting all customer requirements and the shortest delivery term ensured this supply for VERTEX. And, of course, service department that provided warranty and post warranty maintenance of lifting equipment also played its role. So, in June 2016 PALAZZANI TSJ 23.1 / C BI-ENERGY was delivered to LLC "WILO RUS", accompanied by a professional training of the buyer’s staff to work on the lift.
