VERTEX company supplied to the “Chaika” center a crawler access platform Palazzani Ragno TZX 170. The distinctive feature of the machine’ s design is a boom with two articulating and telescopic sections which provide horizontal outreach of 7.5 m. This design, given that the main boom rotation is 360 degrees, increases the maneuverability of the boom end with the basket, and increases the working envelope. Basket size - 1.4 x 0.7 m. The base of the crawler lift embodies all achievements of Palazzani in the field of the reduction of the size of its machines. Thus, with the load capacity of 200 kg, the width of the access platform is less than 1 m and a transport height - 1.99 m. Machine weight - 2000 kg. It can pass freely into the doorways, and outriggers with automatic leveling allow you to set the "Spider» TZX 170 on uneven areas, including stairs and curbs. Due to the crawler chassis and powerful petrol engine Honda the machine easily overcomes the surface with complex relief. But, TZX 170 is a hybrid machine, so when working in a room, the operator can switch on to the electric motor 220 or 2.2 kW.

 

The machine will be used for the maintenance of engineering structures and communications within the complex, for aerial work in preparation for celebrations, for maintenance of sports facilities on the territory of the complex.

 

Says Dmitry Pankin, General Director of "VERTEX": «“Chaika” center have announced the tender for such equipment of other manufacturers many times, however, due to the remoteness of the region their dealers in Russia were unable to participate in the tender and supply the machine. Then they made a choice in favour of Italian manufacturer Palazzani. VERTEX, as an official dealer of Palazzani in Russia, participated in the tender for the delivery of crawler access platform with the working height of 17m and won the tender. Afterwards, the equipment was delivered to Sakhalin through the whole territory of Russia.»
