JLG 10MSP improves warehouse performance at CASTORAMA

In May 2016 VERTEX has signed a contract for the supply of lifting equipment to one of the shops of the world-known hypermarkets network of goods for home and garden repair CASTORAMA. Products of these Network, which is a part of the British company Kingfisher, are oriented for both ordinary buyers and professionals. Hypermarkets of this type are characterized by a huge range of oversized goods, large sales areas and warehouses. CASTORAMA store, located in the city of Shcherbinka Moscow Region, required a self-propelled lifting equipment with a special large tray to remove the boxes with goods from the shelves to conduct audits at warehouse and the sales areas. The customer was offered a self-propelled mast lift JLG 10MSP, which VERTEX delivered promptly in the required specification. Training on operating the equipment and further maintenance by VERTEX service department, as usual, went along with a reasonable price and the delivery of the machine in due time.

This model of self-propelled mast lift by American brand JLG differs from its "brothers" by the smallest weight (500 kg) and a little more speed, which is 5.4 km / h. Working height of JLG 10MSP is 5,05 m and loading capacity - 159 kg. In addition, the lift is equipped with an improved steering handle and motion control, whereby JLG 10MSP can be operated accurately and easily with just one hand. The model has a high maneuverability due to the zero turning radius and small dimensions (width - 0.83 m, platform height - 3, 05 m). Direct Electric DC drive system for heavy duty provides a longer duration of the operating cycle.

This self-propelled mast lift is perfect for work in the warehouse, because it has a sufficiently large, capacious and height adjustable tray for goods. Basket for staff is equipped with double doors opening inward, to make it easier to enter and exit.
