JLG 6RS operates in a tire warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod

Have you ever been to the tire warehouse? Can you Imagine a huge room with high ceilings and long racks, crowded wall to wall with car tires and wheels? Moreover, tires and wheels are of various sizes. The question is how to lift them, put on the highest shelves and then to take them off. Obviously, it is difficult to work in a tire warehouse without the help of lifting equipment. For this reason, one of the famous auto dealerships in Nizhny Novgorod has become a new customer of ours.

The company deals with sales and repairs of foreign cars and has a storage of wheels and tires from cars, that had been handed over under the Trade in program. The lift supplied by VERTEX will work right there, simultaneously serving the engineering networks in car dealerships.

In October 2018, we delivered a self-propelled scissor lift JLG 6RS to the customer’s warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod. VERTEX specialists worked quickly - the lift was available at the company's warehouse - the warranty on the machine and instruction on operation had been provided to the customer in full.

Having a working height of 7.8 m, a platform loading capacity of 230 kg and a battery powered type of supply, the 6RS model possesses a motor with direct electric drive. Thanks to its compact size (the width of 0.81 m, the length of 2.07 m), the lift passes through the doorways without problems. Among other nice distinctions of the JLG 6RS one can mention the folded handrails, built-in charger, non-marking cast tires, Pol-hole safety system, innovative controls, etc.

The customer purchased the JLG 6RS on lease through a leasing company DLL on good and mutual agreed conditions. Please note, that very often the purchase on lease is more profitable than direct payment purchase or the purchase on credit, and VERTEX has been actively working on the program “Lifting equipment on lease” for a long time already.
