JLG 860SJ units are working in Saransk

Preparation for the World Cup 2018 in Russia is in full swing. There is a little time left before the start of the sporting event, therefore the construction of sports facilities is carrying out in rapid mood. Last autumn VERTEX, through anintermediary, made a successful delivery of JLG 800AJ lifts, aimed for the construction of the Mordovia Arena in the city of Saransk.

This year in March, the need to supply lifting equipment right to this facility arouse once again, moreover, with the shortest possible time, due to approaching of the date of the site commissioning. Specialists at VERTEX haveoffered optimalterms and havedelivered self-propelled telescopic lifts JLG 860SJ to the Arena in Saransk without delay.

The lifts with 28.21 m working height and 22.8 m horizontal boom extension will be used for the installation of metal structures of the roof. L-shaped consolesare the main elements of the roof construction. Just these consoles give form to the outside covering of the Arena, which gradually changes into the ceiling over the grandstand. Totally the project presupposes 88 consoles of that kind.
