JLG E400AN supplied by VERTEX works at the «Harry’s CIS» Barilla Group

LLC "Harry’s CIS", a part of Barilla Group, the world famous manufacturer of pasta and sauces under Barilla brand, bakery and confectionery products under the Harry's brand, is VERTEX’s new client. LLC "Harry’s CIS" factory facilities are located in Solnechnogorsk, Russia. Since no manufacturing enterprise can manage without high-quality lifting equipment, LLC "Harris CIS" conducted an internal tender for the supply of the lift required for maintenance of industrial plant building. The tender was won by LLC «VERTEX», which offered most favorable terms and further maintenance services - both warranty and post-warranty.

Self-propelled articulating boom lift JLG E400AN was delivered to the customer in June 2016 and was accompanied by VERTEX mandatory training of "CIS Harry’s" staff on the specific features of working with this equipment. It is planned that JLG E400AN will be involved in the high-altitude work for maintenance of various systems under the roof of the production building of "Harry’s CIS" plant. They may be, for example, replacement of lighting lamps, ducts and fire alarm systems maintenance, etc. Working height of JLG E400AN of 14.19 m allows to execute all these tasks most efficiently and expeditiously.

When working inside the production premises it is important for the lifting equipment to be mobile and able to move freely in the relatively narrow spaces between equipment of production shops. JLG E400AN with the width of the chassis of only 1.5 m is suitable for work in such premises and able to pass through standard doorways.

Since the production of LLC "Harry’s CIS" refers to food industry, where the use of serviceable lead-acid batteries is prohibited, one of the most important requirements of the customer was the lifting equipment with maintenance-free battery. Model JLG E400AN is just equipped with a maintenance-free battery with capacity of 370 Ah.
