Haulotte HA 20 RTJ PRO all-terrain articulated boom lift for the regular customer of VERTEX Company

One of the regular customers of VERTEX Company is the largest warehouse complex in Europe with the total area of 480 000 sq. m.

Logopark is constantly developing, new modern buildings are being built to accommodate the warehouse space of the new tenants.

It was necessary for the customer to replenish its own fleet of the lifting construction equipment for the construction of three new buildings and the fulfillment center for a well-known European manufacturer.

According to the technical task, a self-propelled lift with the height of 18-20m was needed, with the ability to deflect to the side.

As the result, the Haulotte HA 20 RTJ PRO all-terrain articulated boom lift was chosen.

The machine has the working height of 20,6 m, the horizontal boom reach of 12,2 m and the lifting capacity of 230 kg.

The supplied equipment is distinguished by the improved characteristics in terms of safety, productivity and reliability.

HA 20 RTJ PRO articulated system will allow to work on the lift in the places most difficult to access.

The all-terrain wheels and 4x4 all-wheel drive will allow to work in any of the most difficult construction sites. The dirt and the off-road conditions are not the obstacle for the Haulotte HA 20 RTJ PRO! The crab travel, a feature that distinguishes the PRO version from the standard version – turning the wheels to the one side will make it easier to maneuver on the difficult terrain. Putting the wheels inward will reduce the turning radius of the machine which again increases the capabilities of this lift.

Haulotte HA 20 RTJ PRO has a fully revolving tower that allows to rotate 360 degrees around its axis (continuous rotation).

The equipment is equipped with the Activ'Shield Bar 2.0 System which ensures the operator's safety in the cradle and saves him from being crushed. If there is an obstacle behind your back, the machine will turn off automatically.

Haulotte Stop Emission System automatically stops the engine after 90 seconds of inactivity, this function significantly reduces the fuel consumption when working on the lift.

Thanks to the built-in diagnostic device Haulotte Activ'Screen the operator will see all the main characteristics of the machine condition and will be able to diagnose the equipment at any time. The equipment was shipped to the customer in the middle of April and has already reached 50 operating hours. Therefore, according to the regulations of the manufacturing plant, it requires the first maintenance. And the Service Department "Fast & Qualitative" from VERTEX Company helped to the customer with the pleasure in this!
