The cooperation in the supply of the lifting equipment very often begins before the start of the construction of the facility where the equipment will operate, at the design stage.
So it was this time too, Vertex managers, together with the designers and contractors of the facility, selected the optimal solution for the use of the self-propelled lifting equipment at the heights of 10-17 meters to serve the country's largest ultra-modern public and business complex.
And in March, the equipment in the amount of three units was shipped to the facility.
The electrical lifts of the vertical and the scissor types, from the French manufacturer Haulotte, models Star 10 and Compact 10 N and the self-propelled spider lift Palazzani TZX 170.
With the help of Haulotte equipment, the indoor work will be carried out to maintain the engineering systems, as well as the intelligent building control systems. In the smart skyscraper, the automation decides what the humidity should be, it also determines whether there is enough light in the rooms. The sensors that are installed throughout the building allow to control the microclimate.
But the largest part of the equipment is located on the technical floors, and so that the equipment could move around and work in the confined spaces, the narrow models of the equipment were chosen.
With the length of 2,49 m, the width of the Haulotte Compact 10 N is 0,81 m only.
The possibility of the horizontal boom outreach of up to 3 m of the Star 10 model will help to carry out the work where it is impossible to drive close to the serviced object.
Together, these two lifts make an excellent tandem.
The complex has a lot of atrium areas and panoramic windows.
For their maintenance, the Palazzani spider lift will be used, with the working height of 17 m and the horizontal boom outreach of 7,8 m.
The spiders are distinguished by their compactness, maneuverability during the work inside at the high altitudes.
The dimensions of the lift will allow to easily move it on the elevator between the floors of the building.
The machine was delivered in a Bi-energy configuration (with the ability to operate from 220 V network and the diesel engine).
Optionally installed:
Automatic outrigger alignment
Tracks that leave no marks on the delicate floors
Compressed air/water line
Radio control unit.
Even despite the conditions of the global shortage of the lifting equipment, Vertex fulfilled its obligations to the customer on time.
The construction of the skyscraper is nearing the completion. And it will open its doors to visitors very soon!
