The beginning of the year for Vertex was marked by a large delivery of lifting equipment for work at the largest construction site in our country - the Amur GPP.
A consignment of Haulotte self-propelled articulated boom lifts with working heights of 26 m and 32 m in the amount of 11 units went to a large-scale construction site in Svobodny.
Since the Far Eastern Federal District is famous for its harsh climate, the lifts were equipped with winter Arctic packages that allow to operate the equipment in extreme low temperatures. Besides the equipment, spare parts were sent to the site for maintenance and uninterrupted operation for 4000 m / hour.
the construction of the Amur Gas Processing Plant began in October 2015.
The overall progress on the construction project in January 2021 was 72%.
At the 1st start-up complex (1st and 2nd technological lines) and the 1st helium plant, distribution control systems, emergency protection and gas control systems are being transferred to commissioning.
Construction and installation work continues on all technological lines:
on the 5th, the first large-scale equipment was installed at the helium gas separation and liquefaction units;
on the 6th line - pouring of basement for giant columns and installation of the 4th pair of gas-pumping units (GPU) Ladoga is actively being carried out - an articulated self-propelled lift JLG 600 AJ from Vertex rental fleet is taking an active part in installation of equipment.

GPU Ladoga is a key element of all 6 booster compressor stations (BCS).
Each of them is equipped with 2 such units.
More than 90 units of lifting equipment supplied by Vertex are involved in the construction of the gas processing plant in Svobodny.
