Let's give the lifting equipment a second life!

Specialists of the VERTEX service Department "Quickly and Efficiently" give a real chance to lifting equipment with different problems.

They perform both partial and major repairs. Major repair is necessary when the main unit, without which the lift can’t work, must be replaced.

Our service people have recently restored the operation of the self-propelled telescopic lift JLG 1350 SJP from the rental fleet of the company. The machine was released in 2007 and has worked in intensive operation 9000 hours. As a result, JLG 1350 SJP was diagnosed as exceeding the permissible backlash of the slewing bearing. Detail over the years of use has worked out its life, received natural wear and now it needed to be replaced.

Such works are standard and included in the planned repair of lifts with a rotating tower. However, the degree of their complexity is considered high because of this tower itself with an arrow, which in this model weighs 13.5 tons. A crane was used to remove it.

Repair of JLG 1350 SJP was carried out successfully and, most importantly, on time. It turned out to avoid a long downtime of the machine and the resulting losses, as well as to prevent accidents.
