Lifts from VERTEX for Skolkovo: HAB S175-12 E2WDS will serve the exhibition complex of the largest technopark in Europe

Most often, the Customers charge us with complex tasks, the implementation of which requires agility, an unconventional approach, deep knowledge on the market of lifting equipment and a flexible condition of sale. It just so happened that a new Customer LLC «Technopark «Skolkovo» required a lift with non-standard technical features to service the exhibition complex and, as usual, in a short time frame.

Specialists from VERTEX offered the optimal model of the lift as per specified conditions (this is a self-propelled scissor lift HAB S175-12 E2WDS) and advantageous terms of delivery. As a result, the tender was won, and on the 11^th of May 2018 the equipment together with appropriate instruction on operating was handed over to the representatives of the Technopark «Skolkovo».

The complexity of the delivery consisted in transferring the equipment directly to the exhibition hall of the complex; thus, first of all, it was necessary to raise it to the porch at a height of 4 m, and, after that, to load it through the narrow doorway of the entrance lobby, having preliminary disassembled the lift partially. We successfully coped with the task, and representatives of the Technopark «Skolkovo» were satisfied with the cooperation with VERTEX team.

As usual, there are few words about the technical features of the supplied lift. The self-propelled scissor lift HAB S175-12 E2WDS with a working height of 17.5 m, a width of 1.19 m and a loading capacity of 500 kg was produced by the German company H.A.B. Engineering GmbH. The mechanism of scissor-type provides smooth and calm lifting to the required height, and the electric type of power supply is ideal for indoor operation. Hydraulic outriggers (stabilizers), ensuring the stability of the lift at maximum working height together with qualitative performance of work on surfaces with small slopes and imperfection – are unic features of the HAB S175-12 E2WDS.
