Maintenance of Haulotte HA15IP

Recently, an articulated boom lift Haulotte HA15IP was delivered to our service warehouse. It was manufactured in 2012 and had 1004 hours on the hour meter. The lift was operated in the distribution center of a retail food store chain in Moscow region.

The owner of the equipment decided to restore the lift to a perfect condition.

At the first stage of the service work, the equipment was diagnosed in order to identify deficiencies. Then, based on the diagnostic results, a plan was drawn up according to which the following Haulotte HA15IP recovery work was performed:

• replacement hoods;
• replacement of the board of the upper control panel plus replacement of the sticker;
• repair of the hydraulic cylinder of turning the wheels and leveling the platform.

Client's task is completed: Haulotte HA15IP is in excellent technical condition and ready to go.
