A large industrial enterprise turned to VERTEX. A lift was required for construction work and maintenance of engineering networks of the plant. Since the plant is located in a remote region of our country, with a harsh climate, the equipment had to be in a special execution. The client also required delivery of the equipment to the construction site.

The project manager offered a self-propelled articulated boom lift Haulotte HA 26 RTJ PRO as a solution.

Haulotte HA 26 RTJ PRO with a working height of 26.4 m, a lifting capacity of 250 kg and a horizontal boom of 17.5 m, has an outstanding all-terrain performance. The HA 26 RTJ PRO comes standard with a crab steering function, which has a positive effect on the maneuverability of the machine in comparison with its competitors of the class. A distinctive feature of Haulotte lifting equipment is the built-in Active Screen diagnostic device, which helps technicians to maintain the lift on a daily basis, adjust parameters and perform equipment diagnostics.

Haulotte HA 26 RTJ PRO has been additionally modified.

The additional equipment package included:

• GLONASS system (GPS tracker, fuel level sensor)
• Winter arctic package (including: hydraulic arctic oil, installation of a set of heaters for hydraulic and engine oil, charger)
• A set of tools for maintenance

Since the region where the customer's object is located is remote and similar goods are delivered to the place only by water, our company organized the delivery of the lift by a low-deck truck to the port, and then the equipment sailed to the destination point by sea. Our mechanic flew to the client’s construction site, gave detailed instructions on how to work with the lift.
