In January, VERTEX successfully delivered two SINOBOOM AB22J Plus diesel articulated boom lifts.
With a lifting capacity of 230 kg, this equipment has proven to be a reliable solution for working at height in challenging environments, a fact underscored by the destinations of these latest shipments.
A key competitive advantage of this model is its non-standard working height. In the self-propelled lifts market, standard height increments typically follow steps of 22 meters, then 26 meters. With a working height of 23.6 meters, the SINOBOOM AB22J Plus occupies a strategic niche by providing an additional margin of reach. Often at facilities, the exact working height required is between 22.5-23 meters. In such cases, lifts with a 22-meter working height of are unsuitable, forcing customers to overspend on a heavier and more expensive 26-meter machine. The AB22J Plus easily solves this problem!
The model also features crab steering – all 4 wheels can turn in one direction at the same angle, giving the lift exceptional maneuverability.
Considering the specifics challenges of operating in the Arctic region, the equipment underwent special preparation prior to shipment. Both lifts were equipped with "winter packages" ensure uninterrupted operation in low temperatures, along with additional sets of wheels and extended spare parts kits (including filter kits) to facilitate on-site maintenance in remote locations.
One of the lifts has already been delivered to the facility and is starting work at one of the largest mining and processing plants.
The second machine has arrived at the port of Arkhangelsk. With the opening of navigation along the Northern Sea Route, the lift will continue its journey to its final destination to perform tasks at a hard-to-reach facility.
VERTEX continues to provide customers with high-end equipment adapted to the most severe climatic and logistical challenges.
