Father Frost and Snow Maiden bring fairy-tale joy to young patients at Blokhin NMRC

On December 18, VERTEX held its annual "New Year's Miracle" charity event, spreading holiday cheer to young patients at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology for the upcoming New Year. This cherished company tradition aims to bring joy and festive spirit to those who need it most.

The fairy-tale guests - Father Frost and Snow Maiden - made a spectacular entrance. At the controls of a large aerial work platform, Father Frost whisked Snow Maiden along the hospital facade. This spectacle caused genuine delight among the children: little hands waved from the windows of the wards and corridors, and faces lit up with happy smiles at the sight of Father Frost soaring above. The unique "appearance" created an atmosphere of a real New Year's miracle.

After an impressive "aerial" parade, Father Frost and Snow Maiden descended to the ground to continue their mission of kindness inside the center’s walls. They visited the outpatient department and the inpatient wards, where they were able to personally communicate with each child. The meeting was filled with warmth and sincerity: the fairy-tale characters listened to the children’s wishes, gave them gifts and filled them with faith in a better future.

"We look forward to this day every year, because it is not just a tradition, it is part of our philosophy. For us, it is priceless to see the children’s smiles, to give them hope and to distract them, even for a moment, from the monotony of hospital days. We believe that kindness and attention can create real miracles, and we are happy to be part of this miracle. We wish the children a speedy recovery and a Happy New Year!" commented Pankin Dmitry Andreevich, CEO of VERTEX.

VERTEX expresses its deep gratitude to the staff of the Blokhin NMRC for the opportunity to hold the event and hopes that this kind tradition will continue next year, bringing light and joy to the children.
