A complete buildings plant is the new customer of VERTEX. The production of metal structures of varying degrees of complexity is the professional orientation of this company. The total capacity of the plant in terms of production volume is 2000-2500 tons per month, depending on the range. Accordingly, the infrastructure of the enterprise includes production facilities, warehouses and hangars for storing materials and finished products, office buildings. Thus, self-propelled lifting equipment was required for the maintenance of the warehouse buildings, as well as for the construction of new ones.

A powerful all-wheel drive lift with a spacious working platform was suitable for the Customer’s requirements. The choice fell on the self-propelled scissor lift of the model Haulotte H 18 SX.

Diesel scissor lift H 18 SX is the optimal solution for construction, installation and facade activities including other works at heights up to 18 meters. The 500kg lifting capacity of the platform and its length of 4m, extensible up to 6m, let four workers with a tool comfortably sit on it. Thanks to the full front wheel drive with hydraulic differential lock and 35cm ground clearance, the lift can easily move on torn surfaces. The outriggers with the possibility of automatic regulation allow the machine to work on slopes up to 45%, increasing its productivity at times. The narrow turning radius of 2m provides the Haulotte H 18 SX with excellent maneuverability. Platform overload sensor, emergency manual lowering device, 5 degree tilt angle sensor are all standard features of the lift, which indicates completely safe working at height.
