On duty in supporting of status: Palazzani Ragno TSJ39/C will take care of outside appearance of the SEM "Europeisky" in Moscow
VERTEX appreciates long-term cooperation with Customers: for us it is a sign that we are developing in the right direction. Thus, LLC Kievskaya Square 1 Company, representing one of the biggest shopping and entertaining malls in Moscow called “Evropeisky”, has been working with VERTEX since 2013. Being an official dealer of Italian brand Palazzani on the territory of the Russian Federation, our company provides maintenance of nr.2 of Ragno TSJ39/C lifts, which were purchased by the Customer in 2008. A ten-year period of their operating life will be ended in 2018, for this reason SEM “Evropeisky” has been considering a purchase of new lifts since 2014. Negotiations with VERTEX on the delivery terms have been conducted since 2016 and in 2017 have resulted to purchasing a self-propelled spider lift of a crawler version - Palazzani Ragno TSJ39/C in Bi-energy execution.
The choice of the model was made by the Customer considering a long-term and positive experience of working with the particular equipment. However, since 2014 this maneuverable lift with working height of 39m and load capacity of 230kg has been equipped with a technological and intuitively more understandable control system. A colorful 7-inch LCD life-time display shows basic information about the status of all systems of the lift. In addition, the existence of the display makes the diagnosis of the machine rather simpler – search operations and identifying of errors are also displayed on the screen. Another advantage of the updated TSJ39/C model is in an active tracking system of the working area, which increases the speed of the operation of the boom and ensures the safety of the operation. The information on working with the new management system was included in the instructions for the Customer when handing the lift over to the SEM "Europeisky". The warranty from VERTEX with the support of the manufacturer for Palazzani Ragno TSJ39/C is 12 months.
Palazzani Ragno TSJ39/C will be used for external and internal works on the territory of SEM "Europeisky". This opportunity is available due to Bi-energy execution, that allows to work both from diesel engine and electric motor, which makes the lift more cross functional in terms of operating location. Since the building is located in a crowded place in Moscow, its facades require frequent washing and handling - metal parts and complex structures, composing facades, suffer from corrosion and require periodic replacement. SEM "Europeisky" - is one of the most prestigious places in the capital, and its outside appearance should correspond to the status. We hope that with the help of Palazzani Ragno TSJ39/C it will be easily and quickly done.
