Palazzani Ragno TSJ 23.1/C for oil and gas machine engineering: the delivery for JSC “KONAR”
<p>VERTEX company deals only with the delivering of lifting equipment belonging
to major and world-leading manufacturers. Among them are lifts of famous Palazzani
brand. </p>
<p>Self-propelled crawler Palazzani Ragno TSJ 23.1/C considered to be the most compact
model among others from Ragno group. Industrial Group “KONAR”, which is working
in the sphere of oil and gas machine engineering, has been purchased exactly this
model from VERTEX company for its partner – JSC “Transneft Oil Pumps”. </p>
<p>The handover of the equipment took place in Chelyabinsk city – the area of the
Plant for producing pipelines - JSC “KONAR”, where VERTEX experts gave instructions
concerning management and maintenance of Palazzani Ragno TSJ 23.1/C. </p>
<p>It was not easy to win a tender for the delivery of equipment for such a big
company like Industrial Group “KONAR” and thus to open the prospect for further
cooperation with the company. As the result, the victory remained with VERTEX –
we had suggested such a lifts model, that agrees with the optimal technical capabilities,
service assistance guarantee, terms of delivery and competitive price. </p>
<p>Palazzani Ragno TSJ 23.1/C lift has low weight and telescopic boom with a jib,
inside which there are all wires and pipes of hydraulic system. The length of the
model is 5,82 m, the height is 1,98 m, and the width depends on hydraulic extension
of the chassis, which is from 1,0 up to 1,3m. </p>
<p>The telescopic boom was delivered to JSC “KONAR” in ECO execution and with 2
independent electric engine motors powered both with battery supply and 220V network
supply, that was principal to the Customer. This type of drive is environmentally
safe and allows to operate on heights indoors without downtime for charging the
batteries. </p>
<p>Palazzani Ragno TSJ 23.1/C will be operated mainly inside production shops of
JSC “Transneft Oil Pumps” – to take care of engineering services and cranes-beams.
