Palazzani Ragno TZX190 will serve a climbing wall in the Krasnoyarsk region

The self-propelled spider-lift Ragno TZX190 by Italian manufacturer Palazzani was delivered by VERTEX to the city of Krasnoyarsk, where it will serve a climbing sports facility.

This delivery at first glance was not much different from the rest. However, its full cycle, from the moment of the start of negotiations to the shipment of equipment to the client, lasted longer than usual for several reasons. First of all, the negotiations with the customer were held for approximately 2 years, since funds for the purchase of the lift were attracted from the state budget. Secondly, due to the situation with the pandemic, the factory in Italy suspended production, so the delivery dates have shifted slightly.

As a result, on May 8^th, 2020, the delivery was completed successfully, the lift was supplied to the customer. The traditional brief instruction of the customer representatives was held in a rather unusual way. Due to the cancellation of most of the passenger traffic, VERTEX specialists were unable to attend the handing over of Palazzani Ragno TZX190. But we found the ways out of situation as follows: Alexander Zhabin, an employee of the Quick & Qualified service department, prepared a detailed instructional video on operating rules and equipment unloading features. Following the instructions according to the video material, the customer successfully managed the unloading of the lift himself.

The Palazzani Ragno TZX190 was chosen by the client primarily because of maneuverability and small overall dimensions: with a maximum working height of 19 m, horizontal outreach of the boom of 8.5 m and a lifting capacity of 200 kg - lift height - 1.99 m, length - 5.02 m, width - 0.98 m; also one of the most important features of the lift was its low weight - 2300kg.

The hydraulic control system of the lift is simple and reliable, the movements are smooth and precise. Setup is quick and easy thanks to automatic alignment.

The Palazzani Ragno TZX 190 has excellent stability even when driving and working on uneven surfaces.

All's well that ends well! The client received his long-awaited lift and was satisfied with everything, and this is the most important thing in our work!
