Palazzani TZX 225 ECO will service the “Perm Velikaya” indoor football arena

The next delivery of Palazzani equipment was held under the auspices of sports!

The new client of VERTEX LLC is the State Regional Autonomous Institution “Center for Sports Training of the Perm region” (the CSTP). The center is actively preparing candidates and members of the Russian Federation national team in 36 sports from the leading athletes of the Perm region.

In 2017, the CSTP put in commission the “Perm Velikaya” Football Arena. It is constructed according to Canadian technology for the construction of wooden houses HONKA, the temperature and humidity in it are supported by special climate systems in the mechanical room. The stands of the arena have 3,000 seats, and the ceiling height in a room including the field and stands is 22.5 meters. The lift was required to service the facilities of the center.

VERTEX negotiated with CSTP for several years, at the design and construction stage of the football arena. We have proposed a solution that fully meets the technical requirements of the customer - the Palazzani TZX 225 ECO self-propelled articulated boom lift.

The purchase took place in the form of an open auction, in which our company won.

On March 11th, 2020 the Palazzani self-propelled crawler lift was supplied to the customer, a month ahead of schedule.

Why exactly the Palazzani TZX 225 ECO? This is a very popular model of a spider lift, and there are several reasons for this:

• it is the best in terms of weight (2730 kg) and technical characteristics (working height - 22.5 m, load capacity - 200 kg) in its category, which determines its versatility;
• it is the most compact among the “classmates” represented in the Russian Federation with working heights of 21-23 meters: length 4.7 m, height 1.9 m, width 0.9 m - this is an important advantage during transportation and storage;
• the boom of the articulated boom lift consists of two telescopic sections and is capable of bending around an obstacle at a height of up to 10.5 m, which gives freedom for maneuvering in hard-to-reach places;
• rubber tracks of the lift do not leave marks and allow to work on such delicate surfaces as artificial turf football pitch;
• in the ECO specification the lift has a battery-powered engine and an electric motor powered by 220V.
