The Russian lifting equipment market is saturated with offers, and behind the variety of brands and marketing claims it is not always easy to see what the equipment actually is in practice. That is why one of VERTEX’s key tasks as a supplier is to offer clients a clear and reliable product with transparent origins and a solid technical foundation.
Today VERTEX is introducing a new brand of self-propelled lifts to the Russian market: TZCO.
TZCO shares SINOBOOM’s production base. The equipment is manufactured at the same plant and on the same assembly lines, using the same production processes, INCH controllers, hydraulic components, and quality standards. At the same time, TZCO machines are produced to the specification of the Chinese state-owned company Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group as part of OEM manufacturing. Oversight by a major state customer becomes an additional factor of stability in the requirements applied to the equipment produced.
Part of the market still believes that a lift bearing the TZCO designation represents a compromise compared with SINOBOOM. VERTEX specialists have personally visited the production site and studied the equipment directly at the plant. From a technical standpoint, the models share a common design base: chassis, boom geometry, load-bearing elements, and components. The key performance characteristics of comparable models also match: working height, horizontal outreach, lifting capacity, and dimensions.
That is precisely why VERTEX is deliberately developing the TZCO line. For the client, this is an opportunity to get a proven technical base and the required configuration without paying extra simply for a better-known name on the machine.
Over the years of working with lifting equipment, we have learned a simple truth: a client does not just need a lift. They need equipment that consistently does its job and, if a fault occurs, gets back into service quickly.
Direct interaction with SINOBOOM’s production and agreements on developing TZCO allow VERTEX to build such a system in Russia. The focus here is not only the brand but also the availability of equipment, spare parts, technical support, and qualified service.
When choosing between comparable SINOBOOM and TZCO models, this is not a question of fundamentally different equipment but of machines sharing a common production and technical base. This gives VERTEX the ability to shape its offer flexibly, taking into account budget, delivery timelines, and the availability of specific models in stock.
