Supply of self-propelled lifts for a large Ship Repair Plant

VERTEX has successfully completed the delivery of two units of SINOBOOM diesel-powered lifting equipment to a leading ship repair enterprise in the Northwestern Federal District.

The customer has received a rough terrain scissor lift, the SINOBOOM 1018RD, and a telescopic boom lift, the TB20J Plus.

The SINOBOOM 1018RD offers a working height of 12 meters and a platform capacity of 450 kg, equipped with a naturally aspirated KUBOTA diesel engine with a liquid cooling system and features excellent maneuverability. An active oscillating axle allows the wheels to maintain ground contact even on very uneven surfaces, minimizing the risk of wheel lift. The lift confidently handles gradients of up to 40%, which is either higher than or on par with class standards. An increased ground clearance of 22 cm allows the machine to easily pass over construction debris and irregularities.

The SINOBOOM TB20J Plus model, with a working height of 22 meters, has a key feature - an outstanding load capacity: 300 kg unrestricted and up to 454 kg restricted. The ability to lift nearly half a ton is a decisive advantage when installing heavy components, performing facade work with large elements, or when needing to lift more materials in a single operation!

Full 4WD ensures confident travel through mud, sand, snow and other challenging surfaces.

Because the equipment is operated above the Arctic Circle, both machines were equipped with special "northern packages", which include engine and hydraulic heating systems, low-temperature working fluids and protection for key components - ensuring reliable starting and stable operation in extremely low ambient temperatures.

This delivery was the result of a rigorous competitive tender process.
