In January we wrote about the shipment of two units of articulating boom lifts for the construction of “SKA Arena”, a new ice stadium, the largest and most modern in our country.
And now another articulating boom lift was shipped by VERTEX to this facility.
Sinoboom GTZZ25J with working height of 26.61 m, horizontal extension of 16.1 m and loadbearing of 230 kg is a modern model of lifting equipment powered by a heavy duty diesel engine.
Already installed protective dust caps for hydraulic cylinders’ rods and support-rotating device, all axial pins processed with thermal improvement and galvanization for effective resistance to aggressive environments are available as standard for GTZZ25J, which is an undeniable advantage of this unit over competing brands.
Continuous 360-degree rotation of the tower makes it possible to work from the lift at the most hard-to-reach places.
The machine is easy and intuitive to operate, lifting is carried out smoothly, without shocks and rocking.
Sinoboom GTZZ25J is equipped with a modern diagnostic system that detects malfunctions by itself and reports detected errors to the operator using light and sound signals.
The lift will be used for installation of metal structures and for facade work. By the way, the facade of “SKA Arena” looks impressive and modern even on paper. Dynamic roof consoles and laced metal supports of bionic shape will be employed.
The main requirement for delivering of the crank lift was its availability at the seller's warehouse.
During handover of the unit VERTEX service engineer also conducted an introductory briefing for customer's personnel about working process on the lift.
The buyer is completely satisfied with the purchased unit, and that is the most important goal of our work!
