Vertex Company had a very intense end of 2017.

A great number of shipments of the sold equipment took place at that time.

In the last days of December, VERTEX carried out a shipment to a very famous and large company: number two units of self-propelled scissor lifts JLG 2646 ES.

Self-propelled scissor lift JLG 2646 ES, with a working height of 9.92 m and a lifting capacity of 450 kg, is intended for indoor work mainly.

Silent and ecologically clean operation, accuracy and precision of tasks performance in a variety of conditions are typical for this equipment model.

An electric drive of front wheels provides unsurpassed maneuverability and a long service life without recharging.

A sliding section of the working platform, aimed for increasing the working area, is the standard equipment execution of this lift.

Especial for the Customer’s company, Vertex specialists developed an anti-collision system based on infrared sensors. The gist of the system is that the sensors have control over the entire perimeter of the working platform, and give a signal to the central control box in case when the lift approaches the critical area of servicing (about 15cm), cutting off all driving/lifting movements towards this direction. Thus, the lift can not damage the handling object. Such an additional option will greatly simplify the work of the customer's operators, as well as allow to meet all requirements related to the certification of customer’s corporate operations.

After the installation of the sensor system, the lifts were certified by a separate system, in addition to CU TR, and now they have admissions to operate.

During the transferring of the equipment, all necessary documents for registration of the lifts in Rostechnadzor were provided, as well as a set of documents for their operation. All the instructions were also given.
