Quality service gives new life

Lifts – are reliable and high quality equipment. However, for a long and safe operation, it must be maintained in proper condition – to be serviced and repaired, as the normal wear hasn’t been repealed yet.

For a long time already Vertex has the idea what to offer in this matter. Service Team “Quick and Quality” maintains and repairs lifts of JLG, Haulotte, Genie, Palazzani, HAB, Snorkel, Upright and other brands. Moreover, we undertake the repair of any complexity and even give a new life to badly damaged equipment.

The repair of a self-propelled spider-lift Palazzani TSJ 19, 2011 year of construction – is one of the recent successfully completed tasks. For lifting equipment of this brand, such an «age» is not great, but it entirely depends on the operating conditions, timely quality service and other factors. Particular this equipment was not lucky: its technical condition was depressing. Numerous damage, cracks on high-pressure hoses, corrosion of metal structures – these are not all the problems. To solve all of them, the specialists from Service Team “Quick and Quality” carried out the following works:

• disassembly of the boom: demounting of sections, rust removing and sandblasting;
• hydraulic tubes and hoses replacement;
• replacement of extension and retraction chains, rollers, pins, sliding guidances;
• technical maintenance, including the replacement of hydraulic and transmission oils;
• painting of the lift;
• carrying out the Complete Technical Examination.

And here it is the Palazzani TSJ 19, that however hasn’t become as a new one, but is definitely on-stream. We recommend timely and accurate repairing of lifting equipment, not to neglect periodic inspections; but if the problems have been accumulated after all, then to entrust repairing to professionals.

We give a new life to your equipment!
