"The road to the clouds" together with GENIE GS3268RT: the lift from VERTEX created a high-altitude installation at the festival of science and art in Moscow

During preparations for any large-scale events in big cities, lifting equipment is taking an active part. The festival of modern technologies, science and art "Polytech", which took place at the end of May in Moscow on the territory of Gorky Park, was not an exception. In the creation of a high-altitude installation of a French artist Benedetto Bufalino "The road to the clouds", which, by the way, was designed in the form of a lift and is visible from throughout the park area, a scissor lift GENIE GS3268RT, rented from VERTEX, had been working.

The model has increasing cross-country ability, four-wheel drive and is equipped with a diesel engine. The technical specifications of the GS3268RT are: the working height of 12 m, the height of the platform is 9.75 m, lifting capacity of 454 kg, and a movable platform – up to 1, 22 m. The lift is also equipped with an automatic leveling system on outriggers, folded handrails and brakes on all four wheels. This model, like other lifts of various types and modifications of well-known world brands, is presented in the rental park of VERTEX. All equipment leased from the company is serviced during the period of usage by the lessor.

The organizer of the festival - the Polytechnic Museum has chosen VERTEX for the reason, that just they were able to offer the necessary equipment and to organize its delivery in the shortest period of time, to prepare the lift itself in a certain way, and also to arrange technical support during the installation. The GS3268RT was handed over to the Customer on the 24th of May, a few days before the opening days of the festival, so that all terms were met.
