Repair Genie S-125

Another "patient" of the VERTEX service is a telescopic self-propelled lift Genie S-125 from the company's rental fleet with a working height of 40.15 m. It was released in 2009 and has already worked 7 000 hours.

This lift is designed for outdoor use, which means that it worked in different weather conditions. Also for all time of use of the machine there were minor violations when working with it by operating personnel, natural wear of parts and main components of the equipment.

These and other causes led to a technical malfunction. The lift had worn out the sliding plates of the sliding axles of the wheels . Service specialists "Quickly and Efficiently" carried out disassembly, defect and replacement of worn parts. After controlling for diagnosis, the lift is ready for operation.
