Repair mast lift Haulotte Star 12

The mast lift Haulotte Star 12, released in 2006, entered the VERTEX service. The mast lift is a reliable, convenient and easy-to-use type of special equipment. But since the machine is not new, the following problems appeared:

1. strong backlash of the mast - the lift was swinging in the raised position;
2. sharp spontaneous failures when lowering the basket.

Diagnostics showed that, firstly, the replacement of sliding plates was necessary, and, secondly, the lines for mast lowering synchronization were missing.

Vertex service specialists “Quick and Quality” replaced the necessary parts with subsequent adjustment. The problem was solved.

Once again we remind that in cases with high-altitude and load-lifting equipment, the issue of timely repair is particularly acute - breakdown and damage to the structure can cause not only loss of cargo, but also causing serious harm to the health of workers.
