Self-propelled lifts for aircraft maintenance

According to the results of 2021, the most popular model of the self-propelled scissor lift supplied to Russian airlines was Haulotte Optimum 8 AC.

This scissor lift, with the working height of 7,77 m and the lifting capacity of 230 kg, has broken all the sales records.

The smallest in its class, with the length of 1,9 m, width of 0,79 m and the stowed height of 1,98 m, it is used for the aircraft maintenance and repair works.

The design of Optimum 8 platform has the retractable section 0,86 m long, expanding its working space up to 2,59 m. The platform can comfortably accommodate two people, as well as all of the tools necessary to perform the work.

The model has the turning radius of 1,5 m, which indicates its maneuverability in confined spaces.

The small dimensions and the low weight of the lift of 1590 kg facilitate its storage and transportation.

All the equipment supplied for the servicing of the aircrafts undergoes the additional modernization. It is sent to the client in the special configuration, with the extended security system, which includes the installed collision avoidance system, shockproof soft bumpers around the platform perimeter.

The installed additional equipment doesn’t require the special periodic maintenance; it is inspected as the part of the lift service.
