Supply of lifting equipment to "Riviera": VERTEX equipment works in Moscow shopping center

Construction of new modern shopping centers is still actively maintained throughout the territory of Russia, and Vertex company offers lifting equipment for maintenance of such shopping malls. So, this summer VERTEX delivered an articulating crawler lift Palazzani TZX225 to new Moscow shopping mall "Riviera". This major project of regional scope has recently been opened in the Southern District of Moscow between metro stations "Tulskaia" and "Avtozavodskaya".

Employees of VERTEX company began the negotiations on supply of lifting equipment for service of atrium areas of the third floor (glass roofs, lighting), installation of banners and other high-rise internal and external works at the final stage of building the shopping center. The difficulty was to select the optimal model of the boom lift for service of the complicated configuration of the shopping center area. There are certain requirements for dimensions and working envelope of equipment. Plus, the building has a floor with strict limitations on the loads. Therefore, the choice narrowed down to crawler spider lifts with bigger outreach of the boom than the wheeled boom lifts with counterweight. There was no possibility to check how this or that very model of the lift will behave directly at the place of work, because all the equipment is brought under the order. The decisive role was played by a project in CAD drawings format on maintenance of the third floor of the building with several different lifts models, prepared by VERTEX specialists together with the designers of the shopping center. The customer focused on Palazzani TZX225 with the delivery by official dealer of the Italian manufacturer PALAZZANI Industrie SpA in Russia VERTEX.

Palazzani TZX225 is a lightweight, compact and functional spider lift with an alluminium articulating boom.Dimensions of 4700x1980x980 mm (LxHxW) allow freely to carry out various works within not spacious rooms with doorways. Working height of Palazzani TZX225 is 22.4 m, and horizontal outreach is 10 m. The self-propelled boom lift, as required by the customer, is equipped with tracks, which helps to overcome the elevation of up to 20 degrees, and material the tacks are made of is durable solid rubber, which does not leave traces on delicate flooring. By the way, the weight of Palazzani TZX225 of 2500 kg is within the allowable limits of the floor loads of the shopping mall and will not cause any difficulties in transportation. Individually rotating outriggers provide easy configuration in the limited operating conditions. The power supply of Palazzani TZX225 is both electric and diesel suitable for works indoors and outdoors.

The handing over of the lift to LLC "Riviera" was held in June 2016, the equipment was delivered to the third floor with a crane. Representatives of the customer received detailed instructions on how to work with the lift as well as warranty from VERTEX service department. It is assumed that Palazzani TZX225 constantly will be on the third floor of the shopping center to carry out maintenance work. LLC "Riviera" plans to continue successful cooperation with VERTEX.
