Three plants, technical training, and new solutions: results of the VERTEX team’s visit to China

The VERTEX team completed another intensive working trip to China. The main goals of the visit were: in‑depth technical training, auditing advanced machine‑building production facilities, and preparing the groundwork for launching new technological directions in Russia.

The first key stop of the program was a leading plant producing industrial robots for anti-corrosion treatment of steel surfaces. VERTEX engineers completed a full course on operation, diagnostics, servicing, and repair of the entire model range. This will enable VERTEX to offer its clients advanced automated solutions for scheduled maintenance of ship hulls, oil tanks, wind turbine towers, and more.

At the CLW crane manufacturing plant, our delegation studied assembly lines, evaluated the production processes of 45-ton models, and tested a 5-ton crane in operation. At the XCMG Group site, VERTEX specialists tested compact mini spider cranes with lifting capacities of 3, 5, and 8 tons under real working conditions.

As a result, in a single business trip, the VERTEX team managed to accomplish several tasks: receive practical technical training in a new direction for the company, study production processes in detail, and evaluate equipment of various classes – from compact mini spider cranes to heavy crane solutions.

The team returned from China with a wealth of technical and practical information that will serve as the basis for VERTEX’s further development.
