Two units of Haulotte HA 18 PX at the construction of a sports complex in the Komi Republic

One of the most common area of use for lifts is construction. With the help of lifting equipment, work at heights is carried out safely, quickly and efficiently.

For the construction of a multifunctional sports complex in the city of Usinsk, the Komi Republic, a self-propelled lifting equipment was required. We proposed an articulated boom lift Haulotte HA18PX with a diesel engine as a solution. As a result, two units of this equipment went to conquer the northeast of the European part of Russia.

Features of HA18PX are:

• working height of 17.2 m, horizontal outreach of the boom of 10.6 m, maximum bend height in front of the obstacle of 6.6 m and load capacity 230 kg;
• high performance achieved through continuous rotation of the tower by 360 degrees, simultaneous proportional movements when controlling the boom;
• rotation of the work platform by 178 degrees makes it possible to gain access to the most inaccessible places;
• 4-wheel control improves the maneuverability of the machine, 40 cm ground clearance, the function of hydraulic differential lock, reliable all-terrain wheels and the ability to overcome inclines of up to 5 degrees, allow you to use the lift in rough terrain, which is very important on construction sites.

HA18PX has relatively small overall dimensions in transport position (length - 5.9 m, width - 2.3 m, transport height - 2.6 m) and a fairly small weight for equipment of this class - 8050 kg, which greatly facilitates its transportation.
