Оverhaul of Haulotte H 12 SX scissor diesel lift

We have already talked about the need to carry out timely maintenance of lifting equipment.

Neglect of this procedure becomes the main cause of serious breakdowns.

In addition, without maintenance, the load on the lift becomes stronger, which seriously affects the service life of the machine.

Plus, a simple lift breaks leads to serious financial losses.

So it happened with the new "patient" of our service. Diesel lift Haulotte H12SX, released in 2007, has accumulated 3450 hours during the installation of metal structures in the construction of transport hubs in Moscow.

Since the operation was intense and in severe conditions, the lift rarely passed technical maintenance and was repaired only when a fault occurred.

To repair the faults have required a major overhaul. The following works were performed by the service "Quickly and Efficiently":

lift diagnostics;
additional diagnostics of the electrical part;
repair the protective casings of the outriggers and mounting brackets;
replacement of control selection lock;
installation of lowered control panel indication lamp and emergency setting button;
replacing the upper control panel cable and cable connector on the upper control panel housing when the lift is disassembled;
replacement of front wheel swivel axles, including bushings and pins;
replacement of rear left wheel;
cleaning of the fuel tank, including its removal and installation;
repair of the sliding part of the platform;
replacement of the high-pressure hose rod cavity hydraulic line cylinder lift platform;
repair of electrical wiring of gas solenoid power supply;
installation of the emergency lowering cable when the lift is disassembled;
installation of plastic stops of the scissor mechanism.

Additionally, work was carried out on the technical maintenance № 2 (when disassembled lift), full technical inspection, sandblasting, cleaning and painting of the machine.

On repair of lifts, including capital, the guarantee is given.

For machines that are in our service, there are all the necessary spare parts and consumables available.
