VERTEX has become a national distributor for JLG EMEA BV

The end of 2015 has become a milestone in the development for VERTEX: in November LLC "Vertex" and the company JLG EMEA BV - a leading manufacturer of lifting platforms and telehandlers, being a part of the Oshkosh Corporation, signed a national distribution agreement at the headquarters of JLG in Moscow. From now on, JLG will carry out the output of lifting equipment on the Russian market through VERTEX, which will eventually expand the JLG brand presence in Russia. VERTEX will also become an official distributor of JLG spare parts and will provide engineering services for the equipment.

JLG Industries, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer and seller of lifting equipment, including such leading brands like lifting platforms JLG®, telehandlers JLG and SkyTrak®. JLG Industries, Inc. is part of the Oshkosh Corporation - a leading developer, manufacturer and seller of lifting equipment (brands Oshkosh®, JLG®, Pierce®, McNeilus®, Jerr-Dan®, Frontline ™, CON-E-CO®, London® and IMT®). In addition, Oshkosh is engaged in commercial, fire, military and special vehicles, carbodies, as well as in servicing of manufactured equipment.

JLG has chosen VERTEX as its representative on the Russian market not by accident. For more than two years VERTEX has successfully been supplying JLG equipment to major construction projects in Russia.

For instance, in 2014 the company won the tender for delivery of JLG Toucan 8E to a large agro-industrial complex "Miratorg" and LLC "Bryansk broiler".

One of the major Russian air carriers JSC "Aeroflot" purchased from VERTEX 4 units of slef-propelled Scissor lifts JLG 260 MRT, and later Articulated Diesel boom lift JLG 510 AJ in special specification for aircraft maintenance.

VERTEX also supplied a Telescopic Diesel boom lift JLG 660 SJ to Novorossiysk Shipyard. Self-propelled telescopic boom lift JLG 1200 SJP, purchased from VERTEX, participated in the construction of the "Moscow City" complex.

As a total 25 units of various JLG lifts, including 5 units of self-propelled mast lifts JLG T 10 E are now being operated at the production of spacecraft "Glonass-K". Their delivery was carried out by VERTEX to its long-term partner "Information Satellite Systems" Academician MF Reshetnev "(JSC ISS).

In 2015, 11 self-propelled Boom lifts JLG 600 AJ and 3 unit of JLG 1250 AJP were sent through LLC "Velesstroy" to the Arctic, to the project "Yamal LNG" (construction of a plant for production of liquefied natural gas in 2017). Later on, two telescopic boom lifts JLG Lift 1500 SJ were delivered to Kazakhstan for the construction of Aktogay copper mining and processing plant.

General Director of VERTEX Dmitry Pankin is convinced that the key to a successful deal with JLG was also the presence of VERTEX professional service team, working on a special program, "Quickly and Efficiently" (includes warranty and after warranty technical support and service, evacuation of faulty equipment, 24 hour customer support and the ability to call a specialist). VERTEX service team is repeatedly trained at JLG. "Our team has worked hard to establish itself as a reliable partner for JLG. We have combined our efforts to promote the lifting equipment on the Russian market more efficiently. There is a lot of interesting projects ahead that require a high level of professionalism in the field of aerial work platforms "- said Dmitry Pankin.

In his turn, Managing Director of LLC "Oshkosh Rus" Andy Verich declared in an official press release of JLG, that he was honored to sign a distribution agreement with VERTEX and believes that this will allow JLG to expand its presence on developing markets, which is considered to be the market of lifting equipment in Russia.
