VERTEX lifting equipment for the construction of Moscow City complex

Multifunctional complex "OKO" is a complex of three buildings located in areas 16a and 16b of Moscow International Business Center "Moscow-City".

At the area 16a there are two skyscrapers: 49-storey (195 meters) and 85-storey (335 meters) buildings. Two skyscrapers are united by a common platform in the form of a crystal.

OKO project is engineered by an international company SOM, which is the developer of the world's known high-rises.

The windows of the residential part of the 85-storey skyscraper IFC "OKO" offer excellent views to the west part of Moscow, the Moscow River, Krylatsky Hills and Vorobyovy Hills.

In residential skyscraper the five-star hotel «Delano» occupies the floors from 8^th to 15^th . This is one of the Luxury popular hotel brands.

Offices in OKO occupy more than 122,000 square meters located in the 49 story tower. They are equipped in accordance with the requirements for Class A, have different planning solutions and specific characteristics. Common 7-story stylobate of IFC "OKO" provides everything necessary for a successful business, living and leisure: restaurants of upscale kitchen, fitness - center, swimming pool, private cinema room, reception hall.

At the area 16b a high-rise is being built, which will house: a hotel with 330 rooms, parking for 3,700 cars and outdoor tennis courts on the roof.

The total height of the building with the hotel will be 22 floors, of which parking will occupy 14 floors: 5 - underground and 9 ground.

VERTEX company provides operation and maintenance of two types of lifting equipment JLG 1200 SJP and Genie S3200.

Both booms provide a great working height, which is the main criterion for the selection of rental equipment.

Genie S3200 is intended to work in a hostile environment, a large number of options to ensure the reliability and continuity of service, such as the protection of the boom extension, additional protection of control mechanisms, etc.
