VERTEX servicing experts have been trained to repair and service the Italian Valla mini-cranes and Palazzani spider hoists directly in the manufacturing companies (in Italy). Service engineers have studied the machine features: operation and safety of hydraulic and electrical systems. Most of the training was devoted to the peculiarities of control and operation. Palazzani company introduces a new control system for Palift platforms based on centralization using a CPU. The standard push-button scheme is to be replaced with a modern version of the touch screen. Any fault can be diagnosed through a host computer. The training included theoretical and practical courses, and test tasks on real machines.
