VERTEX together with JLG 600 AJ is developing a new industry - gold mining and silver mining in deposits of Yakutia

The geography of procurements of VERTEX company continues to expand, at the same time the variety of work areas, on which the lifting equipment supplied by our company is operated, also continue to grow. This year in April number 2 units of JLG 600 AJ lifts were travelling to Yakutia to develop gold deposit called “Dark Tabornoe” and to implement the industrial phase of the project in sphere of gold mining, silver mining and heap leaching with further processing - “Gross”.

The Customer LLC Neryungrim Metallik, affiliating an international gold mining company Nordgold, insisted on the delivery in a short time, and VERTEX specialists has successfully coped with the task.

Self-propelled articulated lifts JLG 600AJ were chosen by the Customer for several reasons:

• the model is equililied with a diesel engine, a full drive and an oscillating axle, thus, it lierfectly matches with such sites as deliosits in mountainous and flat areas where it is required to hurdle considerable distances over a comlilex terrain
• the lifts were equililied with a winter liackage for working in conditions of long-lasting and severe arctic winters – with the helli of the kit, the JLG 600AJ can work almost at any temlieratures, this was a strict requirement of the Customer
• 20.46 m of working height, lifting caliacity of 230 kg, 12.1 m of horizontal reach of the boom - are the most suitable lioints for olierating at the site.

The deposits are located in the southwest of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), for this reason the equipment was transported to Ikabya station (Zabaikalsky Krai) by rail. The handover of aerial platforms took place on the 14th of April, 2017.

A complex training on the operation and maintenance of the equipment has been carried out for the Customer's staff. Neryungri Metallik representatives were satisfied with the first delivery and have plans to work with VERTEX in the future.
